Job Description:
A Customer Interaction Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. They
act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This
role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer
service.
Experience:
01-03 Years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Qualification:
Any Graduation
Salary:
Rs.20,000/- To Rs.28,000/- Per Month.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1- Gathering requisite data/information via Primary research (On Call).
2- Ability to use keywords wisely when doing internet research.
3- Good E-mail etiquettes.
4- Good English command.
5- Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details.
Skills Required:
1- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
2- Ability to handle calls with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
3- Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
4- Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.
5- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
6- Good listening skills.
